These Terms of Service apply to use of the Desert Rose Pool Care website and to inquiries submitted through the site. Separate written service agreements, estimates, invoices, or authorization forms may include additional terms for active customers.
Estimates and Scheduling
Website requests do not guarantee service availability or pricing. Estimates are based on the information provided and may change after inspection, diagnosis, site conditions, parts requirements, or scope changes.
Service Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to pools, equipment areas, gates, pets, electrical panels, and water sources as needed for scheduled work.
Payments and Fees
Payment terms are provided in estimates, invoices, or customer agreements. Diagnostic fees, repair costs, parts, chemicals, or additional labor may apply depending on the service requested.
